1999-2002 - First Place in National Competition

The A1 site is the most prominent site in the Edinburgh Park office Business Park.AMA created a new masterplan for the whole site which develops from the original Richard Meier masterplan. Our scheme, which was won through a competition, proposes a car free landscape creating an exciting new pedestrian environment.

Building A1 provides an 80,000 sq.ft headquarters building together. The site concept creates a very dense series of high quality urban spaces served by underground car parking and the new CERT route.
