Coalhill Housing Phase 2, Leith

Building on the success of Coalhill our client invited us to explore ideas for the adjacent site. Our proposal comprises thirty residential units arranged around an central courtyard garden deck with space for car parking below. Overlooking the Water of Leith to one side and a public park on the other, the development is a building "in the round" with each elevation designed to respond to its context.
